How Does it Work?

If you:

1. Work in one of Seattle's manufacturing and industrial centers
   (Duwamish or Ballard-Interbay or North Tukwila),
2. currently drive to work alone (one-car, one-passenger) or participate in alternative transportation part time (less than 10 days a month), but
3. are willing to increase your participation in an alternative commute mode at least 8 days a month, then
4. you can earn CASH REWARDS up to $225.00!.

What Alternatives?

• Carpool: Find your own carpool buddy or go to www.rideshareonline.com to register for free carpool matching services.
• Vanpool: Get connected with an existing vanpool, or start your own. Register at www.rideshareonline.com
• Bus: Maybe taking the bus is the right choice for you! There are lots of choices.
• Train or Ferry: Arrive in Seattle by Sound Transit's Commuter rail or Washington State Ferries.
• Vanshare: Pick up a van at your regular ferry, transit or rail station and arrive at work in time and relaxed!
• Bike: Warm weather is here! Why not dust off that bike and try riding to work.
• Walk: You may live close enough to walk to work and now is the time to try it!
• Work from home: Some employers allow you to telework a few days a week. Why not give it a try?

Depending on which alternative, you can also earn up to $50.00 each month for the first 3 months, and an additional $25.00 for each additional quarter (3 months) you continue to use your new way to work!
